Step 1
Prepare a line-table slice
Choose dialogue, an event response, and one interface or tutorial line from the same sequence. Include speaker and trigger IDs, then confirm that the characters and wording are authorized for the prototype.
Narrative designers work from a line table containing speaker IDs, triggers, subtitle text, and scene direction. Turning a small slice of that table into temporary audio can reveal a tutorial line that misses its animation or two original roles that are difficult to distinguish in context.
Select a scene where several line types meet, such as a conversation interrupted by an event bark, and audition that material in Eleven AI. Keep every result attached to its original character and line IDs so a revised script cannot be mistaken for an approved game asset.
Prototype a line-table sceneStep 1
Choose dialogue, an event response, and one interface or tutorial line from the same sequence. Include speaker and trigger IDs, then confirm that the characters and wording are authorized for the prototype.
Step 2
Assign candidates to the project’s own character IDs and produce the selected slice. Judge whether the roles remain identifiable during the exchange rather than inferring suitability from catalog names or samples.
Step 3
Load the draft under its line ID and play the actual event with subtitles and animation. Send unclear wording back to the script table, regenerate that entry, and keep the prototype status visible to the team.

Pick a compact scene that mixes normal dialogue with a short event response and a functional prompt. That combination lets the team evaluate writing, role separation, and trigger timing inside one playable sequence.
Retain the character ID, line ID, source revision, and selected voice reference beside each draft. Clear labeling prevents an old take from surviving after the narrative table has changed.
It helps the team judge whether the scripted line communicates at its trigger and whether character turns are understandable. It does not approve rights, finish the mix, or make the release decision.
No. The Voice Usage Policy places additional limits on styles associated with recognizable people or fictional characters. A generated prototype neither grants rights nor creates authorization from a person or rights holder.
