Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern the Eleven AI website, its AI voice-generation platform, and related services. You accept these Terms when you access or use the service.

Accounts and Eligibility

Registration is required for some features, and you must provide accurate and complete information for the account. You must safeguard your login credentials and remain accountable for every action taken through the account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us promptly.

The Service

Eleven AI supplies AI-powered voice tools and connected creator-audio workflows. Models, features, limits, and service availability can change over time.

Uses That Are Not Allowed

Eleven AI must not be used to:

  • violate applicable laws or regulations;
  • make or distribute unlawful, abusive, or harmful content;
  • infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • misrepresent generated material to facilitate fraud or deception;
  • probe, disrupt, evade, or bypass platform security controls; or
  • use scripts or other means to resell, scrape, or automate unauthorized access to the service.

Content and Ownership

To the extent allowed by applicable law and third-party rights, you retain the rights you have in lawful prompts, uploads, and outputs. Eleven AI or its licensors, as applicable, retain ownership of the platform, software, models, documentation, and brand.

You grant Eleven AI a limited license to process your inputs and outputs only as needed to provide, maintain, improve, and secure the service. This processing license does not relieve you of the duty to obtain all permissions required for material you submit.

Charges, Credits, and Renewals

  • Buying a subscription or credits authorizes a charge to the payment method you select.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
  • The selected model or workflow determines credit use, and credits are non-transferable unless required by law.
  • Eligibility for a refund is controlled by the Refund Policy.

How personal information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and Product Changes

At any time, Eleven AI may modify, suspend, or end a model, feature, or another part of the service, including for reliability, security, or legal-compliance reasons.

Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the broadest extent the law permits, Eleven AI excludes express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Liability Limit

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eleven AI and its affiliates are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, nor for lost profit, data, goodwill, or interruption of business arising from service use.

Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless Eleven AI, its affiliates, and their personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses—including reasonable legal fees—that result from your use of the service or a breach of these Terms.

Suspension or Termination

Eleven AI can suspend or terminate access when it reasonably determines that there is misuse, a security risk, legal exposure, or a material breach of these Terms.

Governing Rules

Except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applying in the jurisdiction where the service operator is established.

Revisions

Eleven AI may revise these Terms. Continuing to use the service after revised Terms take effect means you accept the revision.
